How does it work?
We launch 1-2 new brands each week. Every brand we launch we test ourselves or with someone in our community to make sure that it's good enough for us to recommend and that it's best in category. When we launch a brand, we will let our community know through email, social media, onsite and sometimes through traditional letters (yes we like a lot of traditional stuff for a tech brand).
Our number 1 value is around being collaborative. We know that hardware can be... well hard. So we can be flexible. We either take a % of sales as a commission (this can vary massively from 20-60% depending on price point and category) or we do a hybrid of an monthly fee in exchange for no or a smaller commission.
The latter works well for DTC brands who have a small margin and view Soda Says as a marketing partner rather than a 'traditional' retail partner. You guys focus on making the most awesome product on the planet, and we make sure lots of people know about it.
How do you know when we get an order for your product?
We have a clever bit of tech (ha!) that will integrate with your website so that you'll know when a Soda Shopper has decided to bring one of your products into their lives. You'll also get login details to a dashboard which tells you how many orders are being made by Soda Shoppers and whether you've fulfilled them or if any are outstanding to be fulfilled. We integrate with most platforms - we can always figure out a way.
What about customer service?
We believe customer service is the most important role in every business. Our community is our number one priority and we'll be on call (literally!) to our customers over the phone, over email or through our social channels. If you're fulfilling the order for Soda Says, we'll ask you to put a little postcard from us in the box with our customer service details so it's super easy to reach out to us for anything at all.

You do offline events too right?
Yes by our count we've now put on 16 popups in over 12 different cities, 4 countries, 2 continents. We've partnered with the leading department stores across the world to popups in our communities living rooms (literally!). We have lots of ways you can participate with us. Some of our pop-ups include locations at Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Selfridge's, and Brown Thomas.
